Lawrence Station consisted of 336 apartment rental units in Sunnyvale, California. It was our first ADCO/Grier project (after the partnership in 2011) and one we are very proud to be involved with. Owned by BRE/Essex Properties, Lawrence Station was completed in 16 months.
