DEACON, River Oaks Parkway for Baywest Properties is located at the corner of River Oaks Parkway and Zanker Road and consists of first class apartment units. This was a smoothwall project, as opposed to texture, and its 293 units were completed in 10 months using 2 million square feet of board.
